Exercises for Strength and Balance: An Introduction
Come join your fellow Ashby Villagers for this popular class and learn how to gain muscle strength, increase joint mobility and improve balance.
Instructor: Mary D’Elia, former Executive Director of the Albany YMCA and instructor in senior aerobics and strength training classes. She has been teaching fitness classes and workshops for over 30 years, specializing in working with older adults. She continues to teach Senior Strength and Fitness at the Albany Y and is a certified personal trainer.
