WHERE: Ashby Village Office
Join us at Ashby Village for a weekly workout with a certified personal trainer. Building muscle mass is one of the best ways to stay strong, healthy and independent as we age. A small fee will be charged for this class and some personal equipment will be required. Check or cash payment due to trainer at arrival to class.
Maximum of 10 people in each class.
About the Instructor: Pamela Mckernan
Pamela Mckernan is a certified ACSM personal trainer with specialties in rehabilitation, core training, and working with older adults. She is currently an instructor at the Berkeley YMCA and a private personal trainer.
