Join us for a talk by Dr. Steven Z. Pantilat, Professor in Palliative Care in the Department of Medicine at UCSF and the Director of the UCSF Palliative Care Leadership Center.  Dr. Pantilat is recognized as a thought-leader in palliative medicine.  He will discuss his recently published book, Life After the Diagnosis: Expert Advice on Living Well with Serious Illness for Patients and Caregivers and share his innovative approaches for dealing with serious illness, providing a guide for those who don’t know where to start at a difficult time.
