This gentle yoga class focuses on using breath and intent to create an environment for personal insight, healing, and transformation. We will learn to support our yoga practice with deep breath, bringing vitality, nourishment, and feeling into our bodies and lives. The classes will consist of a 60 minute breath-focused chair yoga practice followed by an optional 30 minute mat yoga practice. What to bring: For chair yoga, bring folded towel or blanket to sit on. For mat yoga, bring a mat.
